Furthermore, another edit: The next day, after contemplating a refund, a support agent did go over my support ticket, and helped me get through the issues I was having, I will admit to being fairly frustrated during my last edit, given some problems were of my own accord. If you were hoping to talk to a Spotify agent live right now, on the phone or via live chat, this might be disappointing. Told the agent my issue, and a few minutes later my issue was resolved nearly instantly. Spotify provides their best customer service over email. Support may not be 24/7 but at least you're not having a robot feed you a endless chain of the same "What's your issue" loop end on end, when they're posted as online, they will be there quickly to help you with your needs.
